I said, “O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments;


Out of the north comes golden splendor; around God is awesome majesty.


Ascribe to the Lord, O heavenly beings, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.


May the Lord give strength to his people! May the Lord bless his people with peace!


In your majesty ride on victoriously for the cause of truth and to defend the right; let your right hand teach you dread deeds.


For the Lord, the Most High, is awesome, a great king over all the earth.


By awesome deeds you answer us with deliverance, O God of our salvation; you are the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas.


Blessed be God, because he has not rejected my prayer or removed his steadfast love from me.


Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds among mortals.

I will make them strong in the Lord, and they shall walk in his name, says the Lord.


I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit,


Your bars are iron and bronze; and as your days, so is your strength.
