Do not let my treacherous enemies rejoice over me, or those who hate me without cause wink the eye.


Wake up! Bestir yourself for my defense, for my cause, my God and my Lord!


Rouse yourself! Why do you sleep, O Lord? Awake, do not cast us off forever!


You destroy those who speak lies; the Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful.


so repay them for their crime; in wrath cast down the peoples, O God!


for their feet run to evil, and they hurry to shed blood.
