O Lord, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me;


Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me!


My enemies wonder in malice when I will die, and my name perish.


He will repay my enemies for their evil. In your faithfulness, put an end to them.


He will send from heaven and save me, he will put to shame those who trample on me. Selah God will send forth his steadfast love and his faithfulness.


I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.


You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,


It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High;


but you, O Lord, are on high forever.


More majestic than the thunders of mighty waters, more majestic than the waves of the sea, majestic on high is the Lord!

O king, the Most High God gave your father Nebuchadnezzar kingship, greatness, glory, and majesty.

These are demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty.
