You shall make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high.

therefore I will lay open the flank of Moab from the towns on its frontier, the glory of the country, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and Kiriathaim.


The Israelites set out, and camped in the plains of Moab across the Jordan from Jericho.


In the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:


and Beth-peor, and the slopes of Pisgah, and Beth-jeshimoth,


Then Joshua son of Nun sent two men secretly from Shittim as spies, saying, “Go, view the land, especially Jericho.” So they went, and entered the house of a prostitute whose name was Rahab, and spent the night there.
