Human wrath serves only to praise you, when you bind the last bit of your wrath around you.

But this is not what he intends, nor does he have this in mind; but it is in his heart to destroy, and to cut off nations not a few.


declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, “My purpose shall stand, and I will fulfill my intention,”


Rejoice greatly, O daughter Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter Jerusalem! Lo, your king comes to you; triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.


asking, “Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews? For we observed his star at its rising, and have come to pay him homage.”


Over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
