They pledged themselves to send away their wives, and their guilt offering was a ram of the flock for their guilt.


Keep back your servant also from the insolent; do not let them have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression.


On that day the prince shall provide for himself and all the people of the land a young bull for a sin offering.


I will return again to my place until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face. In their distress they will beg my favor:


He shall take from the congregation of the people of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.


He shall carry the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering for the assembly.


If any of you sin without knowing it, doing any of the things that by the Lord's commandments ought not to be done, you have incurred guilt, and are subject to punishment.


when you have sinned and realize your guilt, and would restore what you took by robbery or by fraud or the deposit that was committed to you, or the lost thing that you found,


But if you unintentionally fail to observe all these commandments that the Lord has spoken to Moses—


Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be answerable for the body and blood of the Lord.


even though I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and a man of violence. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief,


Israel has sinned; they have transgressed my covenant that I imposed on them. They have taken some of the devoted things; they have stolen, they have acted deceitfully, and they have put them among their own belongings.
