(Indeed, there was no one like Ahab, who sold himself to do what was evil in the sight of the Lord, urged on by his wife Jezebel.


The iniquities of the wicked ensnare them, and they are caught in the toils of their sin.


For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.


Jesus answered him, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.”


For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and the chains of wickedness.”


Therefore, do not let sin exercise dominion in your mortal bodies, to make you obey their passions.
