“They put their hand to the flinty rock, and overturn mountains by the roots.


Thus, knowing their works, he overturns them in the night, and they are crushed.


Pour out the overflowings of your anger, and look on all who are proud, and abase them.


Who can confront it and be safe? —under the whole heaven, who?


O mountains, that you skip like rams? O hills, like lambs?


Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea;


the earth quaked, the heavens poured down rain at the presence of God, the God of Sinai, at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
