“Why did you bring me forth from the womb? Would that I had died before any eye had seen me,


and were as though I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.


They despair of returning from darkness, and they are destined for the sword.


They are thrust from light into darkness, and driven out of the world.


The light is dark in their tent, and the lamp above them is put out.


He has walled up my way so that I cannot pass, and he has set darkness upon my paths.
