Unstable as water, you shall no longer excel because you went up onto your father's bed; then you defiled it—you went up onto my couch!


Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.”


Now get up, go down, and go with them without hesitation; for I have sent them.”


We must no longer be children, tossed to and fro and blown about by every wind of doctrine, by people's trickery, by their craftiness in deceitful scheming.


I desire, then, that in every place the men should pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or argument;


Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful.


And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.


Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings; for it is well for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by regulations about food, which have not benefited those who observe them.


for the doubter, being double-minded and unstable in every way, must not expect to receive anything from the Lord.


The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven.


These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm; for them the deepest darkness has been reserved.
