and a spirit of justice to the one who sits in judgment, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.


The Lord is exalted, he dwells on high; he filled Zion with justice and righteousness;


A highway shall be there, and it shall be called the Holy Way; the unclean shall not travel on it, but it shall be for God's people; no traveler, not even fools, shall go astray.


Let the desert and its towns lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar inhabits; let the inhabitants of Sela sing for joy, let them shout from the tops of the mountains.


He will not grow faint or be crushed until he has established justice in the earth; and the coastlands wait for his teaching.


O that you had paid attention to my commandments! Then your prosperity would have been like a river, and your success like the waves of the sea;


Your people shall all be righteous; they shall possess the land forever. They are the shoot that I planted, the work of my hands, so that I might be glorified.

Thus says the Lord: I will return to Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem; Jerusalem shall be called the faithful city, and the mountain of the Lord of hosts shall be called the holy mountain.
