So, if those who are uncircumcised keep the requirements of the law, will not their uncircumcision be regarded as circumcision?


For a person is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is true circumcision something external and physical.


Therefore we have been buried with him by baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.


There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.


Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing; but obeying the commandments of God is everything.


So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!


For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that counts is faith working through love.


For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.


He has abolished the law with its commandments and ordinances, that he might create in himself one new humanity in place of the two, thus making peace,


and to clothe yourselves with the new self, created according to the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.


For it is we who are the circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and boast in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh—


Although all the people who came out had been circumcised, yet all the people born on the journey through the wilderness after they had come out of Egypt had not been circumcised.


And the one who was seated on the throne said, “See, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
