Galatians 3:23

He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.


For God has imprisoned all in disobedience so that he may be merciful to all.


Now we know that whatever the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced, and the whole world may be held accountable to God.


Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring would come to whom the promise had been made; and it was ordained through angels by a mediator.


Tell me, you who desire to be subject to the law, will you not listen to the law?


But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not subject to the law.


All of these died in faith without having received the promises, but from a distance they saw and greeted them. They confessed that they were strangers and foreigners on the earth,


looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.
