I must speak, so that I may find relief; I must open my lips and answer.


I run the way of your commandments, for you enlarge my understanding.


O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise.


Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and rejoice, because the abundance of the sea shall be brought to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.


Now the hand of the Lord had been upon me the evening before the fugitive came; but he had opened my mouth by the time the fugitive came to me in the morning; so my mouth was opened, and I was no longer unable to speak.

For God is my witness, how I long for all of you with the compassion of Christ Jesus.


You Philippians indeed know that in the early days of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you alone.


“See, I am coming soon; my reward is with me, to repay according to everyone's work.
