The glory of a king is a multitude of people; without people a prince is ruined.


But all things considered, this is an advantage for a land: a king for a plowed field.


The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.”


and those members of the body that we think less honorable we clothe with greater honor, and our less respectable members are treated with greater respect;


as you also join in helping us by your prayers, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted us through the prayers of many.
