So he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they invited him to stay for several days.


Crispus, the official of the synagogue, became a believer in the Lord, together with all his household; and many of the Corinthians who heard Paul became believers and were baptized.


Gaius, who is host to me and to the whole church, greets you. Erastus, the city treasurer, and our brother Quartus, greet you.


so that no one can say that you were baptized in my name.


I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that has been given you in Christ Jesus,


I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you;


But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads in every place the fragrance that comes from knowing him.


giving thanks to God the Father at all times and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.


And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful.
