Kiss his son, or he will be angry and your way will lead to your destruction, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.


Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a sceptre of justice will be the sceptre of your kingdom.


Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;


If you do not know, most beautiful of women, follow the tracks of the sheep and graze your young goats by the tents of the shepherds.


My dove in the clefts of the rock, in the hiding-places on the mountainside, show me your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.


Like a lily among thorns is my darling among the young women.


You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you.


You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, as lovely as Jerusalem, as majestic as troops with banners.
