So Abraham called that place The Lord Will Provide. And to this day it is said, ‘On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided.’


Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me.


who sent his glorious arm of power to be at Moses’ right hand, who divided the waters before them, to gain for himself everlasting renown,


But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, ‘Lord, save me!’


And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down.


Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, ‘You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread?


He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.’


If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you – you of little faith?


He replied, ‘You of little faith, why are you so afraid?’ Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.


So he went to her, took her hand and helped her up. The fever left her and she began to wait on them.


Jesus was indignant. He reached out his hand and touched the man. ‘I am willing,’ he said. ‘Be clean!’


‘Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, “Go, throw yourself into the sea,” and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.


But go, tell his disciples and Peter, “He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.” ’


He said to his disciples, ‘Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?’


He took her by the hand and said to her, ‘Talitha koum!’ (which means ‘Little girl, I say to you, get up!’).


and saying, ‘It is true! The Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon.’


Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.’


The Lord will vindicate his people and relent concerning his servants when he sees their strength is gone and no-one is left, slave or free.


Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.


who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.
