When Leah saw that she had stopped having children, she took her servant Zilpah and gave her to Jacob as a wife.


These were the sons born to Jacob by Bilhah, whom Laban had given to his daughter Rachel – seven in all.


and saw the third generation of Ephraim’s children. Also the children of Makir son of Manasseh were placed at birth on Joseph’s knees.
