Sheba passed through all the tribes of Israel to Abel Beth Maakah and through the entire region of the Bikrites, who gathered together and followed him.

This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘Cut down the trees and build siege ramps against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression.


Then lay siege to it: erect siege works against it, build a ramp up to it, set up camps against it and put battering-rams around it.


The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side.
