And the sons of Jacob came out of the field when they heard. And the men were furious, and they were very angry, because he had done folly in Israel, in lying with the daughter of Jacob. And it ought not to be done so.


But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.


Jehovah will give strength to His people; Jehovah will bless His people with peace.


Gather My saints to Me; and those who cut My covenant by sacrifice.


A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.


Though you should pound a fool in a bowl with a bar in the midst of wheat, his foolishness will not depart from him.


I create the fruit of the lips; peace, peace, to him far off, and to him near, says Jehovah; and I will heal him.


I will stand on my watch and set myself on the tower, and will watch to see what He will say to me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.


The glory of this latter house shall be greater than that of the former, says Jehovah of Hosts. And in this place I will give peace, says Jehovah of Hosts.

You know the Word which God sent to the sons of Israel, preaching the gospel of peace by Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all!);


Having raised up His son Jesus, God sent Him to you first, to bless you in turning every one of you away from his iniquities.


But now, knowing God, but rather are known by God, how do you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements to which you again desire to slave anew?


And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off, and to those who were near.


And may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.


Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal: "The Lord knew those who are His." And, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity!"


See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape, those who refused him that spoke on earth, much more we shall not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from Heaven,


As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten; therefore be zealous and repent.


Please do not let my lord regard this man of worthlessness, Nabal. For as his name is, so he is. Nabal is his name, and foolishness is with him. And I, your handmaid, did not see the young men of my lord, whom you sent.
