I am poured out like water, and all My bones are spread apart; My heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of My bowels.


I am feeble and painfully broken; I have roared because of the groanings of my heart.


Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why do you moan within me? Hope in God; for I still praise Him, the salvation of my face, and my God.

Will the Lord cast off forever? And will He be favorable no more?
