Why do you, like God, persecute me and are not satisfied with my flesh?


if the men of my camp did not say, Who can find one who has not been satisfied with his meat?


They surround me like bees; they are put out like the fire of thorns; for in the name of Jehovah I will cut them off.


Have all the workers of iniquity not known, eating up My people as they eat bread? They have not called on Jehovah.


The sorrows of death hemmed me in, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.


and You have brought Me into the dust of death. For dogs have circled around Me; the band of spoilers have hemmed Me in, piercers of My hands and My feet.


Arise, O Jehovah; save me, O my God; for You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone. You have broken the teeth of the ungodly.


Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? They eat up my people as they eat bread; they have not called on God.


When my enemies have turned back, they shall fall and perish before You.


And many among them shall stumble and fall and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
