And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle which were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.


And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were uncovered, at the rebuking of Jehovah, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils.


and I said, You shall come to here, but no further; and here your proud waves shall stop.


At Your rebuke they flee; at the voice of Your thunder they hurry away.


And He rebuked the Red Sea, and it was dried up; so He led them through the depths, as through the wilderness.


The sea saw it and fled; Jordan was driven back.


What ailed you, O sea, that you fled? O Jordan, that you turned back,


He sent from above, He took me, He drew me out of many waters.


You divide the fountain and the flood; You dry up mighty rivers.


The earth mourns and droops. Lebanon is ashamed; Sharon withers like a wilderness; Bashan and Carmel are shaken out.


I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their plants. And I will make the rivers coastlands, and I will dry up the pools.


who says to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up your rivers;


Was it not You who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep; who made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?


And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the land into the hand of the wicked. And I will waste the land, and her fullness, by the hand of strangers. I Jehovah have spoken.


so that the fish of the sea, and the birds of the heavens, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all the men on the face of the earth, shall quake at My presence. And he said, Jehovah will roar from Zion and utter His voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall dry up.


seek Him who created the Pleiades and Orion, and who turned the deep darkness into the morning and He darkened the day into night. Seek Him who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the face of the earth; Jehovah is His name;


And He said to them, Why are you afraid, little-faiths? Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.


that the waters which came down from above stopped and rose up all in a heap, very far from the city Adam that is beside Zaretan. And those that came down toward the sea of the plain, the Salt Sea, were completely cut off. And the people passed over across from Jericho.
