And Jacob called the name of the place Face of God; for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.


With the pure You will show Yourself pure; and with the perverted You will appear perverse.


He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart;


with the pure You will show Yourself pure; and with the crooked You will show Yourself perverse.


He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, and has not sworn deceitfully.


Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.


Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts; and in the hidden part You shall make me to know wisdom.

He who loves pureness of heart, grace is on his lips; the king shall be his friend.

Follow peace with all, and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord;


how much more shall the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God) purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?


But the wisdom that is from above is first truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.


Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones.


Purifying your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brothers, love one another fervently out of a pure heart,


And they will see His face, and His name will be in their foreheads.
