and testified against them that You might bring them again to Your Law. But they acted proudly and did not listen to Your commandments, but sinned against Your judgments (which if a man do, he shall live in them), and withdrew the shoulder, and hardened their neck, and would not hear.


You are good, and do good; teach me Your Precepts.


To the Chief Musician. A contemplation. A Psalm of David, when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said to him, David has come to the house of Ahimelech. Why do you boast yourself in evil, O mighty man? The mercy of God endures forever.


But the sons rebelled against Me. They did not walk in My statutes, nor kept My judgments to do them; the judgments which, if a man do, he shall even live in them; they profaned My sabbaths and I said I would pour out My fury on them, to fulfill My anger against them in the wilderness.


And you shall keep My statutes and My judgments, which if a man does, he shall live in them. I am Jehovah.


For Moses writes of the righteousness which is of the Law, "The man who does those things shall live by them."


Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness nor shadow of turning.


And we have known and believed the love that God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.


There is none holy as Jehovah, for there is none beside You. Neither is there any rock like our God.
