And He commanded the crowd to recline on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to Heaven He blessed and broke, and gave the loaves to His disciples. And the disciples gave to the crowd.


And He commanded the crowd to sit on the ground.


And He took the cup and gave thanks and said, Take this and divide it among yourselves.


And He took bread and gave thanks, and He broke it and gave it to them, saying, This is My body which is given for you, this do in remembrance of Me.


And it happened as He reclined with them, taking the loaf, He blessed it, and breaking it, He gave to them.


And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks, He distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who had reclined; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted.


(however, other boats from Tiberias came near the place where they ate the loaves, the Lord having given thanks),


And saying these things, and taking bread, he gave thanks to God before all, and breaking, he began to eat.


He who regards the day regards it to the Lord; and he not regarding the day, does not regard it to the Lord. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he who does not eat, does not eat to the Lord, and gives God thanks.


Therefore whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.


Else, if you bless in the spirit, he occupying the place of the unlearned, how will he say the amen at your giving of thanks, since he does not know what you say?


As you come to the city, you shall immediately find him before he goes up to the high place to eat. For the people will not eat until he comes, because he blesses the feast. Afterwards those who have been invited eat. And now go up, for about this time you shall find him.
