And all the people answered together and said, All that Jehovah has spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people to Jehovah.


And they said to Moses, You speak with us, and we will hear. But let not God speak with us, lest we die.


And Moses came and told the people all the Words of Jehovah, and all the judgments. And all the people answered with one voice and said, All the words which Jehovah has said, we will do.


And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the ears of the people. And they said, All that Jehovah has said we will do, and be obedient.


One shall say, I am Jehovah's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall write with his hand, For Jehovah, and be named by the name of Israel.


You have today said that Jehovah is your God, and that you would walk in His ways, and keep His statutes and His commandments and His judgments, and listen to His voice.


If you forsake Jehovah and serve strange gods, then He will turn and do you harm, and destroy you after He has done you good.


And Joshua said to the people, You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen Jehovah, to serve Him. And they said, We are witnesses.
