He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and plants for the service of man, to bring forth food out of the earth,


Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep; O Jehovah, You keep man and beast.


Come now, and let us reason together, says Jehovah; though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be like wool.


And Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and lived at Nineveh.


For before the child shall know to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land that you loathe shall be forsaken before both its kings.


Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their evil has come up before Me.


And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. And God was compassionate over the evil that He had said to do to them, and He did not do it.


And Jehovah said, You have had pity on the plant, for which you had not labored, nor made it grow, which was a son of a night, and perished the son of a night.


Should you not also have pitied your fellow servant, even as I had pity on you?


And your little ones, who you said would be a prey, and your sons who in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in there. And I will give it to them, and they shall possess it.
