Then Moses said to Aaron, It is that which Jehovah spoke, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.


Jehovah will cut off from the tents of Jacob the man who does it; stirring and answering; or offering a food offering to Jehovah of Hosts.


A disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.


But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of Heaven against men. For you neither go in, nor do you allow those entering to go in.


Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows' houses, and pray at length as a pretense. Therefore you shall receive the greater condemnation.


And when the Pharisees saw, they said to His disciples, Why does your master eat with tax-collectors and sinners?


And he called him and said to him, What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your stewardship, for you may no longer be steward.


Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you shall be forgiven.


Jesus answered and said to him, Are you the teacher of Israel and do not know these things?


And in Antioch some among the existing church were prophets and teachers. (such as Barnabas, and Simeon who was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, the foster-brother of Herod the tetrarch) and Saul.


And God set some in the church, firstly, apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers, then works of power, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, kinds of languages.


For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive the things done through the body, according to that which he has done, whether good or bad.


And truly He gave some to be apostles, and some to be prophets, and some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,


desiring to be teachers of the law, neither understanding what they say nor that which they affirm.
