Unstable as water, you shall not excel, because you went up to your father's bed; then you defiled it. He went up to my couch.


And Peter answered Him and said, LORD, if it is You, tell me to come to You on the water.


Therefore arise and go down and go with them without doubting, for I have sent them.


so that we no longer may be infants, tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, in the dishonesty of men, in cunning craftiness, to the wiles of deceit.


Therefore, I desire that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.


Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering (for He is faithful who promised),


But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.


Do not be carried about with different and strange doctrines, for it is good for the heart to be established with grace, not with foods, in which those who have walked in them were not helped.


For do not let that man think that he shall receive anything from the Lord;


And the prayer of faith will cure the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him.


These are wells without water, clouds driven with a tempest, for whom the blackness of darkness is reserved forever.
