7 And as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died beside me in the land of Canaan in the way, when there was still but a little way to come to Ephrath. And I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; it is Bethlehem.

And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan-aram, the sister of Laban the Syrian.


And Jacob came in peace to the city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padan-aram. And he pitched his tent in front of the city.


And Jacob set up a pillar upon her grave. That is the pillar of Rachel's grave to this day.


And God appeared to Jacob again when he came out of Padan-aram and blessed him.


And your issue, which you father after them, shall be yours, and shall be called after the name of their brothers in their inheritance.
