And out of the ground Jehovah God formed every animal of the field and every fowl of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.


Two of every kind shall come to you to keep them alive; of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind.


They went in, and every animal after its kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth after its kind, and every fowl after its kind, every bird of every sort.


Every animal, every fowl, and every creeping thing, all which creeps upon the earth after their families, went forth out of the ark.


Do you know the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? Can you observe the calving of deer?


Have you given the horse strength? Have you clothed his neck with a mane?


Who has sent out the wild ass free? Or who has loosed the bands of the wild ass,


Will the wild ox be willing to serve you, or spend the night by your feed-trough?


Now behold behemoth, which I made along with you; he eats grass like an ox;


The high hills are for the wild goats, and the rocks are a refuge for the badgers.


Man goes out to his work and to his labor until the evening.
