And as he thought upon these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take to you Mary as your wife. For that in her is fathered of the Holy Spirit.


However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. For He shall not speak of Himself, but whatever He hears, He shall speak. And He will announce to you things to come.


And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples and said, (the number of names together was about a hundred and twenty,)


Then he called them in and lodged them. And on the next day Peter went away with them, and certain brothers from Joppa went with him.


And those of the circumcision, who believed (as many as came with Peter), were astonished because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out on the nations also.


And he declared to us how he had seen an angel in his house, who stood and said to him, Send men to Joppa and call for Simon whose last name is Peter,


As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, So, then, separate Barnabas and Saul to Me for the work to which I have called them.


Then these indeed sent out by the Holy Spirit went down to Seleucia. And from there they sailed to Cyprus.


And after much disputing, Peter rose up and said to them, Men, brothers, you recognize that from ancient days God chose among us that through my mouth the nations should hear the Word of the gospel, and believe.


And He put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.


And the brothers from there hearing of us, they came to meet us as far as the market-place of Appius, and Three Taverns. Seeing them, thanking God, Paul took courage.


Then the Spirit said to Philip, Go near and join yourself to this chariot.


even the righteousness of God through the faith of Jesus Christ, toward all and upon all those who believe. For there is no difference,


that you should not be soon shaken in mind or troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word or letter, as through us, as if the Day of Christ is at hand.


And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And let the one hearing say, Come! And let the one who is thirsty come. And he willing, let him take of the Water of Life freely.
