For the Son of Man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He shall reward each one according to his works.


Truly I say to you, There are some standing here who shall not taste of death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.


And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in the heavens. And then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of the heaven with power and great glory.


But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He shall sit on the throne of His glory.


And then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.


And he denied it again. And a little after, those who stood by said again to Peter, Surely you are one of them, for you are a Galilean, and your speech agrees.


Then indeed, after speaking to them, the Lord was taken up into Heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.


And then they shall see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.


And as they were afraid, and bowed their faces down to the earth, they said to them, Why do you seek the living among the dead?


And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, so that where I am, you may be also.


until the day He was taken up, having given directions to the apostles whom He chose, through the Holy Spirit;


beginning from the baptism of John to that same day that He was taken up from us, to become a witness with us of His resurrection.


And saying these things, as they watched, He was taken up. And a cloud received Him out of their sight.


who appeared for many days by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are His witnesses to the people.


And they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, Behold, are not these who speak all Galileans?


And seeing this, Peter answered the people, Men, Israelites, why do you marvel at this? Or why do you stare at us, as though we had made this man to walk by our own power or holiness?


whom Heaven truly needs to receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of His holy prophets since the world began.


and to wait for His Son from Heaven (whom He raised from the dead), Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come.


For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first.


so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many. And to those who look for Him He shall appear the second time without sin to salvation.


Behold, He comes with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, and those who pierced Him will see Him, and all the kindreds of the earth will wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.
