Thou deckest thy self with light, as it were with a garment, thou spredest out the heauen lyke a curtayne.


Wash me well fro my wickednesse, and clense me fro my synne.


For thou haste delyuered my soule from death, and my fete frome fallynge, that I may walke before God in the lyght of the lyuyng.


Blessed is the people, O Lorde, that can reioyse in the, & walketh in the lyghte of thy countenauce.


There is sprong vp a lighte for the ryghteous, and a ioyfull gladnesse for suche as be true herted.


It is to the that I crye (O house of Iacob) vp, let vs walck in the lyghte of the Lorde,


There lyeth no man that sayeth: I am syck, but all euyll is taken awaye from the people, that dwell there.


and touched my mouthe, and sayde: lo, thys hath touched my mouth, and thyne vnryghtuousnes is taken awaye, and thy synne forgeuen.


Maye twayne walke together, excepte they be agreed amonge them selues?


In that tyme shall the house of Dauid and the citesins at Ierusalem haue an open well, to wash of synne and vnclennesse.


And forgeue vs our trespases, euen as we forgeue oure trespasers.


The nexte daye Iohn sawe Iesus commynge vnto him, and sayde: beholde the lambe of God, which taketh away the synne of the worlde.


Then Iesus sayed vnto them: yet a lyttell whyle is the lyght with you. Walke, whyle ye haue lyght, lest the darcknes come on you. He that walketh in the darcke, woteth not whether he goeth.


For an angell went doune at a certaine ceason into the pole and troubled the water. Whosoeuer then fyrste after the steringe of the water, stepped in, was made whole of whatsoeuer disease he had.


The night is passed, and the day is come ny. Let vs therfore caste awaye the dedes of darcknes, & let vs put on the Armoure of lyghte.


And suche were ye verelye, but ye are washed, ye are sanctifyed, ye are iustifyed by the name of the Lorde Iesus, and by the spyryte of our God.


By whome we haue redemption thorowe hys bloude, euen the forgeuenes of synnes accordyng to the ryches of hys grace


Ye were ones darckenes, but are nowe lyghte in the Lorde. Walke as chyldren of lyghte.


whiche onelye hath immortalitie, and dwelleth in lyght that no man can attayne, whome neuer man sawe, neyther can se, to whom be honoure and rule euerlastynge. Amen.


whiche gaue hym selfe for vs, to redeme vs from al vnryghtuousnes and to pourge vs a peculyar people vnto him selfe, feruently geuen vnto good workes.


Howe muche more shall the bloude of Christe (which thorow the eternall spyryte offred hym selfe without spot to God) pourge youre conscyences from dead workes, for to serue the lyuyng God?


Euery good gyfte, and euerye perfecte gyfte, is from aboue and commeth doune from the father of lyght wyth whome is no varyablenes, neyther is he chaunged vnto darkenes.


but wyth the precyous bloud of christ as of a lambe vndefyled, and wythout spotte,


That whyche we haue sene and hearde declare we vnto you, that ye maye haue felowshyp wyth vs, and that our felowshype may be wyth the father and hys sonne Iesus Christ.


And this is the tydinges that we haue heard of him, and declare vnto you, that God is lyghte and in him is no darckenes at al,


This Iesus Christ is he that came by water and bloude, not by water onelye, but by water and bloud. And it is the spirite that beareth witnes, because the spirite is trueth.


For there are thre, whiche beare recorde in earth the spyrite and water, and bloude, and these thre are one.


I reioysed greatly, that I founde of thy children walking in trueth, as we haue receiued a commaundemente of the father.


I haue no greater ioye, then for to heare howe that my sonnes walke in veritye.


and from Iesus Christ, whiche is a faythfull wytnes, and fyrst begotten of the dead, and Lorde ouer the kynges of the earth. Vnto him, that loued vs and washed vs from synnes in his owne bloude,


And they ouercame hym by the bloude of the lambe, and by the worde of theyr testimony, and they loued not theyr liues vnto the death.


And I sayd vnto hym: Lorde thou wotest. And he said vnto me: these are they which came out of great tribulacion, and made their garmentes large and made them white, in the bloude of the lambe,
