The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: Give me understanding, and I shall live.


Keep me as the apple of the eye, Hide me under the shadow of thy wings,


Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: Keep her; for she is thy life.


Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thine heart.


He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: Keep my commandments, and live.


Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.


But Jeremiah said, They shall not deliver thee. Obey, I beseech thee, the voice of the LORD, which I speak unto thee: so it shall be well unto thee, and thy soul shall live.


Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.


For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.


He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.


Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.


He found him in a desert land, And in the waste howling wilderness; He led him about, he instructed him, He kept him as the apple of his eye.


Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
