Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.

And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:


saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

And the Jews' passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the passover, to purify themselves.
