and sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.


And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.


And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.


lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
