And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.


I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.


Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.


The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,


The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.


Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.


For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.


He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.


that all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.


Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.


Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.


He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?


For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son?


Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.


Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.


And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.


And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.


These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
