Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the Most High:


O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.


He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.


And the multitude of all the nations that fight against A´ri-el, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision.


It shall even be as when a hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion.


How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!


behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the Lord, and Nebuchadrez´zar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.


How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations!
