And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.


For we are laborers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.


But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away;


and he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the pre-eminence.


But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.


For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.


but Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
