And the Lord said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Ab´arim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel.


Also the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.


Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan.


Get thee up into this mountain Ab´arim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:


These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.


And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
