Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land whither I bring you,


Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,


If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,


but thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.


When thou art come unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;


When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.


that innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.


Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.


Therefore it shall be, when the Lord thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Am´alek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it.


that thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that the Lord thy God giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose to place his name there.

But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.


When the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Gir´gashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Per´izzites, and the Hivites, and the Jeb´usites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;
