I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord; and I will heal him.


And I will cut off the chariot from E´phra-im, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.


The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)


And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;


and came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.


And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kede´moth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,


And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee.


And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.


And Jephthah sent messengers unto the king of the children of Ammon, saying, What hast thou to do with me, that thou art come against me to fight in my land?


And the whole congregation sent some to speak to the children of Benjamin that were in the rock Rimmon, and to call peaceably unto them.
