And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyre´ne, which, when they were come to An´ti-och, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus.


Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.


And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.


And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.


and saw him saying unto me, Make haste, and get thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me.


And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.


But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
