Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the Lord.


Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy.


And he said, He that showed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.


This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.


For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.


For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.


But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.


Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another; love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:


And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.


Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.


For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.


We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.


My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.


And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.


Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
