How do ye not understand that I spake not to you concerning bread, to keep from the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees?


And he says to them, Know ye not this parable? and how will ye know all parables?


And when he came into the house from the crowd, his disciples asked him of the parable.


For it goes not into the heart, but into the belly, and goes forth into the privy, purging all food


And he said to them, O ye unwise, and slow in heart to believe in all things which the prophets spake:


Jesus answered and said to him, Art thou a teacher of Israel, and knowest not these?


I have given you milk to drink, and not food; for ye were not able, but neither now are ye yet able.


Of whom great is the word to us, and difficult of interpretation to speak, since ye have been sluggish in the hearing.
