Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,


And the crowds said, This is Jesus, the prophet, from Nazareth of Galilee.


And they received him not, for his face was going to Jerusalem.


Jesus then walked no more with freedom of speech among the Jews; but departed thence to the country near the desert, to a city called Ephraim, and there he tarried with his disciples.


Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours of the day.? If any walk in the day, he stumbles not, for he sees the light of this world.


Then said Jesus to them, Yet a little time the light is with you. Walk while ye have light, lest darkness overtake you: and he walking in darkness knows not where he retires.


Jesus says to them, My food is that I might do the will of him having sent me, and finish his work.


I must work the works of him having sent me, while it is day: night comes, when none can work.


Jesus from Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and power; who passed through doing good, and healing all oppressed by the devil; for God was with him.


For they dwelling in Jerusalem, and their rulers, not having known him, and the voices of the prophets which being read in every sabbath, having judged, they filled up.
