Avraham said, *God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son.* So they both went together.


Noach built an altar to the LORD, and took of every clean animal, and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.


Speak to all the congregation of Yisra'el, saying, 'On the tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household;


*Now this is that which you shall offer on the altar: two lambs a year old day by day continually.


He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, *My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire.*


Again, a second time he went away, and prayed, saying, *My Father, if this cup can't pass away from me unless I drink it, your desire be done.*


The next day, he saw Yeshua coming to him, and said, *Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!


and he looked at Yeshua as he walked, and said, *Behold, the Lamb of God!*


Yeshua therefore said to Kefa, *Put the sword into its sheath. The cup which the Father has given me, shall I not surely drink it?*


For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, *Abba! Father!*


All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been killed.
